BBA and BBM are equivalent, but DBM is not. It's just a Diploma course.

BBA is a graduation degree in the field of Management Studies. It is better to do generic BBA and opt for specialization in MBA. To answer your question, marketing has the best scope and opportunities.

Which one provides better placements for BBA among Acharya Institute of Technology- Bangalore and Madras Christian College?

First of all, BBA is not under Acharya Institute of Technology, it comes under Acharya Institute of Graduate Studies. AIGS comes under Bangalore University with has more value than the autonomous Madras Christian College. Regarding the placements, AIGS offers above average placements.
