Lot of universities offer BBA degree by distance learning. You can do BBA from an UGC approved university whose distance learning programs are approved. You may refer to following link for information on Universities whose degrees are approved by UGC:

You are not eligible for MS is CS in USA or Australian Universities after BBA degree as you do not meet the eligibility criteria to do MS CS. You must be B.Tech CS or IT or equivalent degree holder to do MS CS.

You should prepare for the entrance tests like CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT/IBSAT/TISS/SNAP for one year after one year, you will get experience and it will help you.

Dear Ansari,
At NAEMD, the total fee of BBA would be Rs. 2,78,000. Around 3 lakhs per annum. For event management, NAEMD is a better option.
