It is upto your interest, both the courses have good future according to me. If you want to go with accounting section or want to be a chartered accountant you can go with B.Com. You can go for BBA if you want to get into management.

Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies affiliated to Delhi University is India's best college for BBA degree. Placement of its graduates is better then some of the Tier II and Tier III B-Schools MBA graduates. Admission is based on entrance examination conducted by Delhi University.

BMS degree holders are eligible for supervisory and junior manager roles in Business Enterprises and sectors in all type of management functions. BMS grads are eligible for majority of government jobs and exams are from UPSC conducted Civil Services to various Gp B and Gp C jobs whose exams are conducted by SSC. In addition, grads are eligible for job in Public Sector Banks, Armed Forces and paramilitary forces.

You, can go with BBA as you said you are not good in studies, so BBA has better chances. You can pass through in future and you can opt for different fields too.
