By great, I assume you meant anything above INR 12 LPA. Can't comment about BBA, but the following colleges are well-known for their placements after MBA:- FMS - New Delhi; SP Jain, NMIMS, JBIMS, NITIE - Mumbai; SIBM - Pune; MDI - Gurgaon; XLRI - Jamshedpur and IIFT - New Delhi.

SP Jain Institute is one of the reputed institute of India and if you are getting scholarship then you may go for it. Although American you can pursue but better would be to go for graduation from India and then if you want you can pursue Post Graduation from other countries. You will definitely get a good exposure at SP Jain Institute.

It is better to go with full time course. You can study BBA at Kolkata as it will fetch you something great.
