You will not face any problem in doing BBA with your Science background. BBA courses are designed for students from diverse streams. You may face little challenges in commerce and economic subjects, but if you attend your classes with full attention, you will easily be able to overcome all challenges and difficulties.

Three years degree is accepted in UK and MS management. You do not require work experience. You need good grades, a GRE or GMAT and a good IELTS score.

Well, it's not impossible though, it's difficult. BBA is not like normal B.Com. You'll be having a lot presentations and assignments. CS is a really nice option and you should always go for it but it's tough. So, it basically depends on your strengths whether you'll be able to manage both the things simultaneously.

To pursue MBA in Canada or any country abroad you must gain work experience and must take the GMAT or GRE. Because you are an international student you must also take the IELTS or TOEFL to prove your English language skills. Another important point you must note is that most Canadian universities do not accept three years Bachelors degree from India. At this stage, it is advisable that you visit university websites and learn about the MBA requirements.
There are a few universities and colleges in Canada which accepts three years Degree and also freshers but I am not in favor of its worth. Where you are planning to invest, in

If you are determined to pursue MBA please be aware about the requirements. I will advice you to visit some university websites and check the MBA requirements such as work experience and GMAT.
Regarding the undergraduate course it would be a choice you must make. A course in commerce, business management, economics, finance will be suitable but there are no rules attached as such. Follow your interest. An MBA in entrepreneurship however will be apt in future basis your career goals.
