MBA is logical extension of BBA degree. BBA will provide you with exposure to select right specialization based on your strength and understanding of management functions. BBA is a lighter degree in comparison to rigorous B.Tech. It will provide you sufficient time to prepare for MBA entrance examination and do MBA from a Tier I management college.

Both has its own advantages and disadvantages, but it depends on you, what you want to do. BBA is more of management, whereas mass communication is about media. If you are extrovert in nature, public speaking and expressing your own view easily and you enjoy this, then you can go for mass communication.
If want to do BBA, which is all about management, then you can for it.
