I gave exams of improvement this year in comm. Without maths . I got 82.25(best 4) for which college should I go for b.com or BBA ?

Eligibility for B.COM (H)-
10+2 (any stream) from a recognized board of education.
Commerce stream/ Maths subject is however preferable.
No entrance test. Admissions are strictly on merit basis.
Not every university requires maths at +2 level. Hence, yes you can do BBA. Just keep yourself up

Both degrees are similar. You may select any based on brand image of the institute you are going to study from.
