Admissions are done on the basis of merit so if your profile is meritorious there is a high chance that you will be granted a scholarship as well by the university. International students can work part time for 20 hours a week. Knowing your budget is low start looking for education loan options and check the university/ college websites for their individual financial aid schemes.
