There are various job opportunities in the field of human resource management. all industries need to hire an HR administrator(s) to settle and handle the activities regarding the hiring of employee, their benefits, compensation, salary settlement, training & development and maintain the work performance of the employee, and ensure that all activities is done as per the company policy.

Think where your interest lies or what you want to do in your post graduation. Are you interested in marketing? Do you enjoy finance related stuff? These are some of the questions you can ask yourself.

Both are good college . But Christ is slightly better than AIMS. You can also join Alliance school of business or Bangalore institute of management studies.

First of all don't call yourself poor, if you are good in academics you can get admission in any college and any bank can give you a loan.
you prepare for test and world is at your feet.
there is nothing call poor. only what matters is your will to do a thing .
