Well its better u do regular BBA then MBA O&G as u will get chance to decide what can be best for u in three years of BBA. sometimes attraction for a career faded after entering that field so better keep options open.

The vacancies at CBI is filled through deputation and absorption basis from police force only. Some vacancies of law officer and prosecuting officer are offered on contractual basis to practicing lawyers. The CBI academy, where you posted your query, basically conducts short term specialized courses like bank fraud, cyber crime etc to the existing officers and men of various government and private security agencies.
You apply for sub Inspector post of police and if you get selected, after training and few years of work experience, you can apply for deputation to CBI.
