The eligibility is different for each scholarship provided. The merit scholarship is given to students who perform exceptionally well in academics or any artistic skill. Also, wards of Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Navy, BSF and CRPF are also provided with a scholarship. Sports scholarship is given to District or National level sports candidates.

The course is offered for three years in both institutions. However, the number of specialisations offered are different. JNNCAS offers three BCA courses while MSCAS provides only one course. The total fee range could be same for both. Students should check other information like placements, etc. from the respective official websites.

Yes, there is a seat reservation policy followed by the college. For general category, overall 50% seats are reserved. Other categories are BC/BCM (30%), MBC (14%) and SC/ST/SCA (6%). All the eligible students have to submit their valid caste documents at the time of application form filling.

Seats in all specialisations and general course are allocated on the basis of overall merit of Class 12. The shortlisting process of students is conducted by the college. It begins after the application deadline. Selected students are informed by email. A merit list is also released on the official college website.

Many core and additional subjects are a part of syllabus. It is divided in six semesters. In first semester, it is mandatory to study at least one language. Students can opt for Tamil or any other language as well. Other first semester subjects are Mathematics, Problem Solving using Python, etc.

Yes, admissions can be taken directly in any of the BCA courses. The admissions are Class 12 merit based. Hence, students are not required to appear for any entrance exam. An application form has to be submitted on the official college website or offline in college campus. Then, a merit list of selected students is released.

The selection in General and both Hons courses is based on Class 12 scores. Students have to fill the application form and submit either online or offline. After that, the college selects students and releases a merit list. Selected students can pay their fees for confirmation.

Students can apply for BCA admissions in May or June. The admission process is started after result announcements of Class 12. The college releases application forms for admissions in all courses. However, students can get the form offline as well from the campus.
