The exam (CUET UG 2025) was held from May 13 to early June (roughly) for many programmes.
The counselling/admission process for BCA programmes at many universities began in July 2025. For example, one news source for a university in Indore said counselling and registration “will soon open … likely by end of July”.

Brainware University offers merit scholarships to BCA students, on the basis of their last qualifying scores. There is a 50% waiver on tuition fees for students with 90-94.99% scores and a full tuition fee waiver for those above 95%. Additionally, toppers from an institution with less than 90% will get additional INR 25,000 off over and above the Brainware Merit scholarship.

While filling out the MAH BCA CET application form, candidates must upload their photograph and signature as per the official specifications. The candidates can check the official specifications for the scanned documents below.
- Photograph - The scanned passport-size picture should be no more than 50KB and 3.5cm x 4.5cm.
- Signature - Sign on a white sheet of paper, and the maximum file size should be 50KB.
The dimensions of the document should be 3.5cm x 1.5cm.
