Inter changing courses under the same university or different universities might not be possible. , But you can change between colleges for the same course. But it's a complicated procedure. You would have to get approval from both colleges/ universities. I would suggest you get in touch with your colleges administration.

You can do BCA. You must have completed 12th with min 50-60% and you need to qualify entrance exam such as: All India Common Entrance Test (AICET), IPU-MCA-CET Lovely Professional University LPU NEST GGSIPUS, SMUET, BIT MCA JNU MCA NIT MCA COMMON ENTRANCE TEST NIMCET PUNE UNIVERSITY MCA WEST BENGAL JOINT ENTRANCE EXAM MCA (WB-JECA), JOINT ADMISSION TEST FOR MCA/ M.Sc. Apply for BCA course is 10+2 from a recognised board of education or equivalent, with a minimum of 50% marks in total and also having mathematics as a subject in the qualifying examination. Some colleges such as IGNOU allow non-maths students to seek admission in BCA. Selection in BCA in the majority of universities is based on a two-step process. BCA candidates are required to appear for skill assessment test. The skill assessment test consists of logical reasoning, written and communication skill. Those who clear skill assessment test are required to attend a personal interview.

First of all, a candidate need to score at least 45%-60% in order to be eligible for admission, percentage requirement is different for every university. It'll be beneficial for you if you have studied Maths and computer Science in your class 12th. Some colleges might also provide admission on the basis of personal interview. MCA would be a better option. Admissions in MCA course is given on the basis of all India basis entrance examinations. Many top colleges and universities in India offer admission on the basis of merit list prepared as per the marks scored in the entrance test. Generally, the entrance examination is based on Mathematics and reasoning. There is a different exam pattern of each entrance test. The best universities are: Delhi University, Delhi
Jamia Millia Islamia, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar
The University of Pune, Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra
Banaras Hindu University
Anna University.

You can choose any 1 among BBA or BCA. You must make sure that it is of your interest. You will be good in the field only if it is of your interest.
