Look at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University (DBRAU)–affiliated colleges where fees are moderate: Raja Balwant Singh College, St. John's College, Agra College, Anand Engineering College (BCA wing), MPS Group of Institutions. Government? aided colleges are usually the most economical (often under forty thousand rupees a year). Verify NAAC grade, labs (Linux, DBMS, networking), compulsory internships, and placement cells—they separate the merely cheap from the truly valuable for money.

S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) in Mumbai is an institute of an excellent business school that does not provide BCA course. It is also famous because of its Post graduate Diploma in management (PGDM) and other equivalent degree of MBA. Yes, students from the humanities stream can pursue a BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) degree but generally is an option for students who have completed their 12th grade in the Commerce stream.
