Look at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University (DBRAU)–affiliated colleges where fees are moderate: Raja Balwant Singh College, St. John's College, Agra College, Anand Engineering College (BCA wing), MPS Group of Institutions. Government? aided colleges are usually the most economical (often under forty thousand rupees a year). Verify NAAC grade, labs (Linux, DBMS, networking), compulsory internships, and placement cells—they separate the merely cheap from the truly valuable for money.

Yes, students from the humanities stream can pursue a BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) degree but generally is an option for students who have completed their 12th grade in the Commerce stream. You can choose Jain University which gives strong academic reputation, diverse range of programs, focus on holistic development, and vibrant campus life and they accept students  who have studied humanities in their 12th standard.

In order to facilitate the students knowledge and future job-opportunity prospects, ELIMS College of Arts and Science has the provision of a few add-on courses along with their BCA program. These are specialisation in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning and Cyber Security (which also includes Ethical Hacking and Cloud Computing). Such electives equip students with advanced dexterity in IT areas with shortages in skills that the rest of the BCA program does not offer, better positioning them to start working in the industry as soon as they graduate.
