Yes, you can get admission into BCA without any problem. The eligibility criteria is different for every university, so you have to search for those universities which will provide you admission.

As you have done maths in your +2 then you are eligible for admission, just make sure that your class 12th percentage is atleast 50% before seeking admission into IP University. Yes, you can pursue BCA. The eligibility criteria is different for every university. The general criteria is that a candidate needs to score at least 45% in +2 in order to be eligible for admission into BCA. Some universities also require candidate to be from mathematical background and then provide admission on that basis. But there are many other universities which can get you admission without any problem into BCA. Just search for some universities and check their eligibility criteria.
