75 percent attendance is usually compulsory to write the end-semester exam. However, if your attendance is between the 75 percent and 50 percent range have a talk with the teacher and they'll probably give you an extra assignment to do instead in exchange for writing the exam otherwise attach a medical Certificate as that's the only way you'll be allowed to take the final exam hence you can write the exam without attending regular classes. For more information, you may visit the Shiksha Bharathiar University page. (https://www.shiksha.com/university/bharathiar-university-Coimbatore-1475)
I hope this will help you.

Course selection entirely depends upon the individuals interest, I can guide you by providing the university related information which will help you to make a decision and according to me LPU is the right option to pursue higher education, as this university provides quality education which apparently brings optimum growth in students. The flexible fee structure and abundant scholarships offered also help to facilitate the education process.

He is eligible for both the programmes. Now choice of the programme is promotional to interest. In case of complete technical degree and entry into IT world he shall proceed for Btechh CSE and for a technical cum management world BCA would be a better option. Also tenure of both the orgrammes differs by a year. So accordingly he should plan to pursue his passion.
