Hi Taleem,
BE in CS is a better option. BCA only teaches you about computer software and applications, while BE in computer science teaches you both hardware as well as software. Hence, BE in CS has a better value in the market. Placement opportunities will also be better if you pursue BE in CS.

In my opinion, you should prefer studying BCA. BCA is a three-year undergraduate degree course which takes you through the basics of computer application. It provides a student with all the basic knowledge about computer and its system which is necessary in an IT firm. YMCA is a top class college with great placement record, so in my view, just go for YMCA, it's the top most college in Haryana.
