You can get admission for BCA in integral University and for that the eligibility is 45% in 10+2 so you should atleast have around 45 to 50% in 10th and 12th.

It is possible though but you have to take admission in 1st year in B.Sc. Biotechnology, it would be better if you change your subject if you don't do so your degree will be useless because you are not going to learn anything but wasting your 3 more years.

For BCA you should go for CU. Computer applications professionals learn networking, integration, server management, and the use of computers in the business world. There are many college, where you can complete BCA without entrance test. One in my knowledge is LPU, where you are eligible for BCA. Firstly, like to tell about LPU. LPU is in Jalandhar, Punjab.
