Yes, BCECE counselling was held after the announcement of the BCECE result. Shortlisted candidates were invited for counselling and seats were allotted on the basis of rank secured in the exam and availability of seats in the preferred college.

Students appearing in BCECE must note about the number of seats in colleges. 180 seats in 3 colleges that accept the BCECE 2025 score for admission to BCs nursing programme. (60 seats in each college).

All the students who want to take admission should prepare for the exam accordingly to grab seats.

The BCECE 2024 application form will tentatively be released in May 2024 at the official website of the exam conducting body.

Students who completed their 12th standard exam and looking for the opportunity to pursue higher education are advised to appear in the BCECE exam. 

Candidates can apply to BSc, BSc nursing, pharmacy, and paramedical programmes through the BCECE exam. It is advised to check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form.

BCECE exam is conducted by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) is constituted under Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Act, 1995.

Yes, the applicant must belong to Bihar state or Candidate's parents must be a permanent residence of Bihar state. Candidates belonging to the parents who are permanent registered refugee of Bihar state can also apply. If student's parents belong from different state, but they are government employee of Bihar state are also eligible to apply.

BCECE Nursing exam will be conducted tentatively in July 2024 as per the past trend. The exam schedule is yet to be announced.

Students should have passed class 12 or equivalent exam from a government recognised school Bihar. He/She should have scored 45% marks on aggregate in the qualifying exam, with subjects such as chemistry, physics, biology, and English. The minimum age to appear for the exam is 17 years as of December 31, 2025.
