Hi Praveen,
The percent should be 40 as you're from SC category and the rank to get admission in BDS it should be in between 96-118 for SC category students.

It's difficult for you to get admission in any of the programmes with this NEET score. You have to go with other courses like B.Sc based on your 12th marks.
