Yes it's a very safe and welcoming country. Many Indians live in cities like Brussels. You will find Indian restaurants and shops easily. The lifestyle is balanced and the location makes it easy to travel across Europe.

Public universities in Belgium are not completely free. Students must pay tuition fees every year. The cost is still cheaper than in many countries. The fees of public universities vary.

Yes, many Belgian universities now take the Duolingo English Test. It is much more easy and cheap than IELTS. Schools like University of Antwerp or VUB often accept it, but always check their website first.

Yes, definitely. Many Master's degrees are taught 100% in English. People in big cities like Brussels speak English well. But, finding a part-time job is easier if you learn a bit of French or Dutch later.

Mostly no, you still pay tuition fees. But, public schools are way cheaper than USA. To get free education, you need a fully funded scholarship like Master Mind. These cover your fees and living money too.

Usually, cost of visa in Belgium is about EUR 180 for Indian students. Once expired, students can also apply for a new visa, provided they have a valid residence permit or if they meet the conditions for a return visa.
