After BAMS course, you have to chances to get a government job through GPSC. In BHMS, it is not possible nowadays. However, consulting homoeopathy is quite good. If you want to do general practice there is no importance of BAMS or BHMS.

There is a good scope in every field. Find below few job avenues open in the respective fields:
1) BHMS:
After the course completion, you may find employment as:
-Homeopathic practitioner in both India and abroad.
-Medical representative at a private or government hospital.-Professor or a researcher in any homeopathic college.
-You may start personal clinic.
-You may setup retail shop of homeopathy medicines.-You may work in industries dealing with homeopathic preparations.
-You may start your own pharmacy.
-You may work in public and private sector.-You may work in private or government hospitals, clinics, NGOs, etc.

After doing BHMS you can do MD in following subjects:
Material Medical, Organon/Philosophy, Repertory, Pediatrics, Dermatology, Practice of Medicine, and Psychiatry. But you cannot do MS, i.e., you cannot become a surgeon. Or
After graduating in homeopathy, you can work as a government doctor or start your own private practice. You can also teach in a homeopathy college (more than 180 in India). You can also go opt for research field by joining CCRH.

Being an engineer, I cannot reply this but opinion of a doctor is quoting here. Both are good depending upon your talent, capabilities and entrepreneur skills, there are doctors in both field earning 6 digits income and there r many who r struggling too, all depends upon your talent.

Yes, you are eligible for taking admission in PGDM PHM. You just need a bachelor's degree with minimum of 50% of marks. Any entrance exam like CMAT, CAT, MAT, ATMA, CET, then you can apply for PGDM (PHM).

BEMS is not widely accepted branch, while BHMS is worldwide accepted. You can do general practice job consulting. MBA in healthcare after BHMS have chance for government job competitive exam, as professor etc.
