You need to have bio at 12th level and other subject physics and chemistry , you have to maintain a good academic record in this field , you can get job in teaching and research field in this field there are so many good companies in which you can do research work after you study but in this mean time at the time of study you have to make interest in research field like you have to make habit write some article not so much but try to make one article at least in one year,
