The college fees for B.Sc Biotechnology is INR 8000 per annum and plus 500 for admission.

B.Tech in Biotechnology is typically not eligible for direct admission to an MD programme in medicine. MD programs require a Bachelor's degree in Medicine MBBS or a related field such as Biological Sciences. After completing your B.Tech in Biotechnology, you could consider pursuing a Master's degree in a related field such as Molecular Biology Biomedical Sciences, or Genetics. These programs can provide you with the necessary foundational knowledge in the life sciences and prepare you for a career in healthcare or medical research.

Admission will be granted purely based on merit obtained in the Entrance Test to be conducted by the Nirma University. Appearance in the Entrance Examination does not guarantee candidates for admission in the courses. The test will be based on the undergraduate syllabus of Life Sciences and Chemistry. There will be 100 objective type questions of 100 marks. The duration of the test is 1 and half hours. There will be no negative marking. Some popular entrance examination to get admission in this course are CUCET, BITSAT JNUEE PET.

At the undergraduate level, this deemed University offers BTech across 23 specialisations. Spread over four years and eight semesters, admission to all these courses is subject to JEE Main scores for 70% of the seats and is subject to Class 12 scores for the remaining 30% of the seats.
