After pursuing B.Sc. In plant Biology and plant biotechnology, a person can successfully graduate in the fields like Biotech Companies, Biofertilizer companies, Pharmaceutical companies, research sector, development sector, etc.

The fellow person can pursue M.Sc. In plant Biology and plant biotechnology or they can go for M.Sc. Botany, M.Sc. Microbiology, M.Sc. Biochemistry, M.Sc. Cell Biology M.Sc. Molecular Biology etc.

Yes the fellow person can go for M.Sc. In agriculture after opting for B.Sc. In plant Biology and plant biotechnology at graduation level.

The cut off of Fergusson College may vary every year, the cut off for year 2022 for Biotechnology was 93.5% and above for General category, 90% and above for OBC, category, 85% and above for NT-d category, 85% and above for SC and 76% and above for ST category.

Okay, so when it comes to placements, since the location of the college is as such that it's quite hard for companies to come as compared to colleges that are located in the hub of techno cities like Bangalore etc. , but the good thing is that college environment does provide you with enough education guidance that you'll be able to qualify exams like GATE etc. And many have done it, and pursuing higher education in IITs or abroad.
