Actually, admission through IIT JAM exam is through merit rank in the exam not through marks score. Rank is decided on the basis of mark gained. Your score is very less, probably rank will be around three thousand. With that much of score you will not be eligible to take admission into any college. Try next year with more hard work.

Yes, If You have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) with Science stream or any other examination recognized as equivalent then you are eligible for admission in B.Sc. biotechnology at cotton college.
