Hello! Der Rajvi, from all the available sources, I could get no answer to your query. It seems that ICT does not prescribe any cutoff for any course. This could be due to not very large number of students seeking admission for M Tech here, as compared with the seats. As such, there are very many parameters to satisfy before a student can think of seeking admission for the post graduation degree courses in this college. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about different aspects of this institution.

There is no doubt in this question that Sinhgad is the best option than D. Y Patil. Sinhgad Vadgaon campus helps in the overall development of the student and the college has a better exposure for the students as considered in the field of placements which matters a lot in the final year. Sinhgad's merit goes a bit higher than D. Y Patil's. Both Sinhgad Vadgaon campus and D. Ys campus are good. Regarding the placement, let's say if you belong to a parent college, placements are combined for all related child colleges, and hence only the eligibility criteria matter. Sinhgad college is better in Placement, Technical and Cultural events.
