Hello Sourav Kumar,
Doing graduation in either Food technology or biotechnology are very good options. In the days to come food technology will perhaps SEE more employment opportunities than biotechnology. With private participation in contract agricultural manufacturing, food processing is bound to take off in a big way. Of course biotechnology also will play an equally important role. My sincere advice to you will be to select any one of them whichever you feel more interested in. Best wishes to you.

You have completed B.Sc. Degree in Biochemistry and M.Sc. Degree in chemistry so you are not eligible for assistant teacher in Physics subject but you can apply for assistant teacher in chemistry through TET exam. TET stands for Teacher Eligibility Test. Two types of exam is conducted by TET:-
Primary stage (For becoming teachers from class I to V). Elementary stage (For becoming teachers from class VI to VIII).
