You have so many career options after B.Sc. Biotechnology. If you want to study further you can go for Master's in Biotech. Further go for Ph.D. as biotech is a combination of research and technology and it has almost all topics covered for research related to medical Science. Nowadays, scope of clinical research is getting boom in our country. So you can also go for it. The eligibility and requirement in US is slightly different in different colleges, however I've listed the most common and important criteria's below:
Student should possess an undergraduate degree (preferably finished in 4 years) in related fields of study from a recognized university. Minimum GPA of the student must be 3.0 or above (different marking schemes can be converted into their equivalent Grade point Average through WES). The department is new at NIT so the placement is not that good according to other departments but as the department is new you'll get new as in fresh start faculties are also good in NIT

For which college and to check the condition of this lab, you should have to visit the college once ask them to give you whole college tour, then you will get to know about the lab condition of the college.
