If you see both courses are better at their level, but seeing further with the point of interest, the course which attracts you or you have more interested in any one of them, will be better for you than the other.

It depends on what suits you the most. If you have interest in biotechnology then you can get good package in it also and same is true for MBA. If you don't have interest and just choosing it on the basis of others judgement, you might fail to get a good placement. No one knows better than you what is best for you. MBA needs communication skills, presentation skills, etc. MBA students get good placement but some people also don't get job. Even after biotechnology people get good job but majority of them don't get as high paid as MBA.
