This information is strictly confidential and whatever is available on the net is only conjectures by various entities. I suggest the best course for you would be to contact the person nominated by the institute for those who want to seek admissions under management quota. M.Sc in plant biology is botany department and M.Sc Biotechnology is tech related study both are totally different. And the syllabus will also be totally different. So, prepare it well and think it wisely.

1. Chandigarh University-CU : Eligibility - 10+2 with Physics & Chemistry as compulsory subjects and either Mathematics or Biology conducted by a recognised Board / University / Council or its equivalent + CU-SAT.
2. Shoolini University : 10+2 (PCB/ PCM) with atleast 50% marks. The admission are based on merit (12th marks).
