Hi HIMANSHI,
To get admission in biotechnology you need to appear for the engineering entrance exams for which you need mathematics paper. At the same time, biology is also required for biotechnology. Therefore, you can take PCM and biology as the extra subject.

Even though it is tough to get a seat because of lesser scores in in 10+2 i.e 56%
So We request you to attend the counselling session as it gives you a greater chance of getting a seat

Yes, there are institutes and universities that offer Integrated UG-PG 5 year's course in Biotechnology. Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidayalaya in Bilaspur
Banaras Hindu University
Calcutta University
All other Central and State Universities do offer 5 years course for the same.
