Basically, being a SASTRA student, I had seen the equipment and faculty and labs everything. It is perfect for pursuing M.Tech. In other side, Jamia Hamdard is good for pursuing M.Tech in biotechnology.

Of course you can. For M.A Journalism, you just need to have a Bachelor degree. It can be in any field. Of course, they will have the entrance exam and based on your performance in that you will be shortlisted. They will generally test you in areas of current affairs and general knowledge.

Biotechnology will have lots of scope and opportunities in the coming years, it is an emerging branch for the students who are interested in Biology and cannot afford a doctor's degree. It will have a duration of four years like any other branch of engineering. But, I would suggest you to do it from any good and reputed institute, as that will also matter a lot.
All the best.
