Cut off varies every year. But, the candidate should obtain more than 88% so that the chances are there for the admission in the above college.

Yes, you can do M.Sc Biotechnology after reading B.Sc Microbiology. The minimum eligibility criterion needed to be fulfilled for pursuing the course is graduation in any of Biology, Math, and Chemistry. Thanks.
