After B.Sc Biotechnology, you can do M.Sc Biotechnology or MBA in Biotechnology & Bioinformatics Management. Both have big scope in the industry. If you have a strong interest for research work, then opts for M.Sc Biotechnology, and then the further studies according to your interest. NET/SET (SLET) competitive exams you need to write.

Yes for biotechnology eligibility criteria is you should have physics, chemistry, biology in your 12th and for admission in IIT, Delhi you have to clear JEE exam.

Yes, you can apply for Biotechnology. This subject doesn't require you to have Maths in class 12th.

Yes, you can get admission in Biotechnology stream with PCB course. It won't be an issue for you keeping your branch as a selection criterion.

As long as you are a student of Science, you can apply for Biotechnology. I would like to tell you that you have selected a very nice field, because it includes research and development which requires curious minds amongst you. B.Sc+M.Sc+Ph.D (BT) is a science stream course available in all major arts and science colleges whereas B.E. / B.Tech. +M.Tech+Ph.D. (BT) is an engineering course (more applied) which is to be pursued in an engineering college/ technical university. Career prospects are different. Option: 2nd is better, but costlier than the earlier one.
