The entrance for M.Sc starts in some colleges at the end of the year i.e. around October-December and in some universities and colleges around starting of the year i.e. around ending of February till June. Good luck.

Eligibility for entrance mode admission
Candidate must have completed B.Sc. (Hons) or B.Sc. in Home Science or Food Technology or Post Graduate Diploma in dietetics and Public Health Nutrition from any other recognized university with 55% aggregate.
Eligibility for Merit mode admission
Candidate must have completed B.Sc. (Hons) in Home Science or Food & Nutrition from University of Delhi (in 10+2+3 scheme of examination) with 60% aggregate.

You can go for MBA program if you are no longer interested in biotechnology program but if you are interested then you can pursue masters in biotechnoloy and then go for either Ph.D or apply for job in some biotechology industries.
