B.Sc in plant biology and biotechnology will open several other options for you. You will be able to pursue Masters in any Science related field with biology as a background. You will have the options of Master's degree in these same courses or you can do Masters in botany, forestry, zoology, horticulture, etc.

You can give entrance exams of Delhi University, Panjab University, JNU, etc. to do biotechnology in these universities. These universities take their exams for admission to various graduation level courses and detailed information you can get from their websites.
