Hello Karthik,
No, it won't be helpful. Studying the formulae alone can be used just to solve the direct questions. Though BITSAT does not have questions with high difficulty, you need to prepare beyond just revising the formulae. BITSAT needs speed and accuracy. Hence after getting a strong foundation over the basics, you can practice the previous year papers and as many papers as you can which would improve your problem solving. You can note down all the formulae for revising them in the last days of preparation. All the best.

Hello Akhilesh, In JEE Mains you need to answer 90 questions (30 from each of PCM) in 3 hours from and in BITSAT you need to answer 150 questions (40 from P and C and 45 from M) in 3 hrs. So, you need to have different strategy and time management for BITSAT. In addition to that, BITSAT has two more sections namely English proficiency (15) and Logical reasoning (10). You need to have high accuracy for JEE exams so that you don't lose many marks and for BITSAT you should be able to solve many questions within the available time. Yes, you can prepare for that on your own. Just solve the previous year's papers and also to begin with, clear all your concepts from NCERT, and then practice as many questions as possible.

1. Make good/smart notes of PCM.
2. Solve NCERT problems.
3. Also solve reference books questions.
