So Blue whale is not a college or neither an University, Because both of these status required affiliation and UGC approval respectively. Blue whale is simply conducting the regular classes for BBA courses, while the asked course can be directly done from the Dy. Patil University (SODL) in reasonable course fee of Rs 99000. Hi, The average tuition fees for BBA in Tour and Travel Management comes between INR 50,000 to INR 4 Lacs for the span of three years.
