Dayananda Sagar College Of Engineering offers BTech course to students at the UG level. It is offered for 4 years in several specialisations. To be eligible for BTech at DSCE, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the college. Candidates must be Class 12 passed or equivalent with 45% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics as compulsory subject.

NO — you are NOT eligible for lateral entry (direct 2nd year) in ICT Mumbai.
ICT Mumbai does NOT offer lateral entry admission into B.Tech programs (including Food Engineering).
Even if you have a Diploma in Food Technology (like from Parul University), you cannot directly join 2nd year B.Tech there.
Admission is only through:
JEE Main
or MHT CET
You must apply for first-year B.Tech, not lateral entry.

Christ University Kengeri Campus offers BTech at the UG level for the duration of 4 years. BTech programme is given in streams like Civil, Mechanical, Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer Science, etc. Students need to pass class 12 exam with minimum of 50% in Science stream. Students who have successfully completed the 3 year Diploma in Engineering are eligible to apply for lateral entry into engineering programmes.
