For admission to the BTech programme at IIT Hyderabad students must complete the course eligibility of passing Class 10 and 12 in Science stream with a minimum aggregate of 75%.

Students must also go through the selection process which consists of:

To be eligible for BTech at Medicaps University, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the college. Candidates must be Class 12 passed or equivalent with Physics & Chemistry + CS/ Electronics/ IP/ Biotech/ Technical Vocational Subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/E a minimum aggregate of 45% (40% for reserved categories) from a recognised board. 

For B.Tech at Thapar University, you need to have passed Class 12 with Physics and Maths (plus one of Chemistry/Biology/CS) and meet the minimum percentage cutoff set by Thapar. Admission is mainly through JEE Main scores, with some weight to Class 12 marks.

Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University offers BTech course to students at the UG level. It is offered for 4 years in several specialisations. To be eligible for BTech at CSJMU, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria of the course. Indian Institute of Information Technology Kottayam offers BTech across several specialisations. The duration for BTech at IIIT Kottayam is 2 years. The eligibility for BTech courses at IIIT Kottayam is Class 12 with at least 75% and a valid score in JEE Main or DASA UG.
