The JEE Main exam is conducted in two sessions. Session 1 application starts from October last week to Nov last week. The exam is conducted in last week of January. Results of JEE Main session 1 are released by second/third week of Feb.

JEE Main Session 2 application form starts from second week of March. Exam is conducted in first week of April. Results are out by second/third week of May. The exam is accepted by Universities all over India for admissions in BTech.

GD Goenka University follows a rolling admissions process, with Goenka Aptitude Test for Admission (GATA) applications starting in Jan. Here is the timeline-
Application Window: Application window is open between January and May
Entrance Test: GATA exams are usually conducted between March and April.
Admit Card Availability: March
Results: May
Counselling & Interviews: May onwards.
Academic Session Start: Classes are normally scheduled to begin in August.

The admission cycle for the BTech at AISSMS College of Engineering typically kicks off early in the year. Registration for the MHT-CET usually opens in January or February. If you are planning to apply via JEE Main, you must follow the national schedule which often has two sessions starting in late experimental months.

Students must score atleast 40% in theory papers and 60% in sessional or practical work to pass a subject. Degree is awarded based on credits earned across all semesters.
