While NCERT books are good for LPU NEST preparation, students must not study only NCERT. The candidates must refer to the LPU NEST syllabus provided on the official website and check different books for the topics given in the syllabus. Students can also refer to online materials for the different topics.

Calculus is a very important part of the BTech CSE entrance exam syllabus, with a lot of focus on complex mathematical concepts that are foundational for the CSE field in general. Top BTech CSE colleges keep a heavy portion of the exam syllabus to calculus which surely improves your reasoning and analytical skills.

Uka Tarsadia BTech is full time four year course with 20+ specialisations, so students must be ready for regular classes. To get in through JEE Main, students mostly study Physics, Chemistry and Maths of 11th and 12th. NCERT books cover big part of syllabus. So revise your NCERT well, it helps lot for exam and course both.
