Yes, there are chances that you can get B.Tech at Sri Venkateswara Institute of Science and Technology with 75 percentile in CBSE 12th.
The eligibility criteria is that a candidate should have atleast 45% aggregate in 12th .
The admission to the institute is entrance based. Candidates are offered admission to B.E. courses in the institute on the basis of the scores obtained in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET which is a state level entrance test.
The institute gives weightage to 12th score in the admission to the various courses offered by the institute.

the highest package is 14 LPA, the lowest package IS 3 LPA and the average package is 6 LPA at MMU Solan B.Tech CSE

No, JEE is not required for B.Tech at Invertis University, Bareilly. You can apply for B.Tech admission based on your merit in 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics along with Chemistry/Computer Science. You can also apply through other entrance exams like UPSEE or IUCET (Invertis University Common Entrance Test).
