For B.Tech admission, Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation University (KL University) accepts scores from the following entrance exams: Andhra Pradesh EAPCET, JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, KLEEE, EAMCET, and KLMAT.
KL University also accepts the following entrance exams: KLUBSAT, CAT, XAT, and APICET.
KL University also has a management quota system in place.

Successful completion of the KLEEE/JEE-Main/JEE-Advanced/State Level Engineering Entrance Exams or a Uni-GAUGE score is required for admission to the B.Tech programme at K L College of Engineering. For all B.Tech programs, candidates must have a 60% in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) for Bio-Technology.
