Yes, You can easily get admission to the Meerut Institute of Technology.
You must have a 12th pass certificate in PCM (physics, maths, chemistry) with a minimum of 60% marks with your respective boards.
It will be best if you have JEE Mains scorecard with qualifying criteria.
According to your marks in JEE, you can get a CSE branch in B.Tech.
otherwise you can apply directly for getting admission to B.Tech CSE.

Yes, D.Y Patil college of Engineering and Technology is the best choice for the B Tech aspirants. But still it varies individual to individual. It depends on what you're expecting from your college.
If you're looking for a perfect research environment this college is not for you.
If we talk about faculties, then faculty members are well qualified 60% of them are Ph.D. holders. Regular classes will take place. The College infrastructure is very good for technical students.
From the last semester of the course, students are eligible to sit in the campus placement. The average salary will be 6laks/ pa.

Invertis University, Bareilly offers various kinds of B.Tech. Their fees structure vary from 1 Lacs to 2 Lakhs per year. As compared to other universities, fees is still minimal. So, yes it is not expensive.

NIRF ranking for this college is very low, So it is not provide better placement than IIIT's and other private colleges.
Around only 70-80 % students get placed accourding to college site but according to some students who are in MIET, only 50-60% students got placed last year.
It provides around 3.5 LPA average package and the highest is around 8.8 LPA.
So according to Branch (CSE) you can get on campus placement and in any case you can apply off campus for getting placement offeres.

Invertis University, Bareilly offers different types of B.Tech. The selection of the candidate is based on merit, CUET and JEE and their own entrance test i.e. IUCET (Invertis University Common Entrance Test). There is no merit list available on the website. So, it is difficult to predict the cutoff.

The latest cutoff information on B.Tech admissions at IFTM University is yet to be released because selection for IFTM University admissions to UG programmes is based on candidates' performance in the qualifying examination (10+2) including Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech). CBSC Exams for (10+2) is completed but results are not announced and the UP board exam is also the same. The factors affecting the IFTM University cutoff are the number of applicants, the difficulty of examination, availability of seats, previous year's cutoff trends and many more. So until we have to wait for the latest cut-off
