At the UG level, RV University offers a BTech programme to the students. Candidates who meet the minimum eligibility criteria set by RV University with a valid score in KCET or RVSAT exam can apply.

No, students of BTech course cannot apply and avail benefits of scholarships but students in BS Hons and Integrated BS-MS course can apply for scholarships. Scholarship will be offered to them based on their score in class 12 given they have studied from CBSE or ICSE board. Following are the criteria on which the scholarship is offered:
- Candidates with 95% and above, will receive a 100% scholarship (3 seats available)
- Candidates with 90% and above, will receive a 75% scholarship (3 seats available)
- Candidates with 85% and above, will receive a 50% scholarship (3 seats available)
- Candidates with 80% and above, will receive a 2

According to the data available on the official website, a total of 12 companies visited the campus and more than 308 students were selected during Sri Venkateswara University placements in 2022. Apart from this, every year 70% to 80% of students of SV University Tirupati are selected through campus placements. In addition, the pay package offered by companies during SV University Tirupati placements ranges from INR 3.50 LPA to INR 12 LPA. Yes, BTech is offered at SV University Tirupati. The four-year course is divided into eight semesters. It is offered in seven specialisations in regular mode. A lateral entry programme is also available at SV University for BTech students. In addition, meritorious students get the option to choose BTech (Hons) or BTech (major-minor), both with extra courses and credits, in addition to those prescribed for BTech (regular).

Both of the Autonomous colleges (i.e., Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus and Guru Nanak Institute of Technology) got a NAAC rating of A+.
But according to the reports Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus a bit ahead of Guru Nanak Institute of Technology, in terms of ranking. Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus got a NRIF ranking of 106 out of 250 where as Guru Nanak Institute of Technology got a NRIF ranking of 170 out of 250 for the acedamic year 2022-23.

According to the placement report given by the Guru nanak institutions Techincal Campus for the acedamic year 2022-23 around 90% of its student got placed with an median salary of 4.5 Lacs per year.
According to the reports given by the Guru nanak Institutions Technical Campus the top recruiters visited the campus for the techinical placements are TCS, HCL, sotherland etc.

During the BPIT Delhi cutoff 2023, the last round cutoff for BTech in CSE for General All India category students was 56566. This is higher than the previous year's cutoff of 445844 for the same category, indicating a less competitive admissions process. In 2021, the last round closing rank was 51458 for the BTech in CSE programme which indicating a more competitive admissions process as compared to BPIT cutoff 2022. Overall, the cutoff trend for BTech in CSE at BPIT Delhi for General All India category students witnessed a fluctuating trend over the past three years.
