In Jagannath University the fee structure for 1st year B Tech programs is around 1.21 lakhs. However, it depends upon the specialization you are choosing. The fee range for B.Tech is 3.6 - 5.4 Lakhs. The entrance exams accepted are JEE Main and CUET.
There can be additional fees for hostel accommodation and other activities you can check their official website to know the fee structure in detail or you can call to their help centre to know it accurately and updated.

This should be your decision. I can give you some points to consider while choosing your University. At the very first the fee structure of the college is pretty good in Jagannath University, Haryana. The fee of 1st year is INR 1.15 lac. The second thing is the return of investment which is how much money and effort you are giving to the college and what the average package (till now 6 lac) that the college offers to students. After this, you can look for infrastructure and the quality of education.
If you talk about my suggestion then I will prefer another college as there are better options for B.Tech program.

No, direct admission to B.Tech is not available at SVUCE. However, with the Tech lateral entry program, eligible applicants get admission directly into the program's second year. This is because the eligible candidates already have the basic foundational knowledge of the subject from their prior relevant qualifications and so they can directly start studying in the second year of the B.Tech. The eligibility is:
- The candidate should have passed a Diploma in Engineering or any equivalent course from a reputed University.
- The candidates who are waiting for the results of the Diploma.
