SIMATS does not offer a direct admission to B.Tech. An entrance exam is required.
The admission process for B.Tech is as follows:
- The JEE Mains and TNCE exams are used to provide admission at SIMATS
- Candidates who have been shortlisted based on their enterance exam scores are required to attend counselling sessions where they can select the B.Tech specialisation they want.
- The final merit list is prepared using factors other than JEE, such as 12th standard marks.

Yes, Centurion University Bhubaneswar can be a very good option for any student who wants to pursue Btech. This statement can be justified by seeing many factors such as rankings, placements etc. The first year fees for B.Tech is around 1.42 lacs. The fees is quite high, but scholarships are available for the students, so that the students can get some relief from the fees structure. The highest package offered after B.Tech was around 10LPA and 4-5 LPA was average. Seeing the fees and packages, it can be said that students can get a decent ROI. The entire cost of the four-year B.Tech degree is about Rs. 5 lakh.
This covers the costs of tuition, room and board, deposits, mess fees, and other expenses for eight semesters.
The whole cost of tuition fees for four years comes to about Rs 3.5 lakhs.
The tuition for the first year is approximately Rs 75,000 every semester. Every year, it rises by 10% to 15%.
The annual cost of the mess and hostel is approximately Rs 50,000. Extra deposits are not included.

Navsari Agriculture University provides B.Tech/B.E in 2 courses and the students are admitted through ICAR AIEEA exam and the eligibility criteria being 50% in 10+2
Coming to seats the university follows reservation norms with 85% belonging to state quota and the remaining seats are distributed as follows
SC:7% ST:15% SEBC:27% PWD:3% Ex S:1%

The selection method for B.Tech at Avantika University requires a legitimate score in JEE Mains or other state-level test, followed by an online interview via Skype.
. There is no precise cutoff for JEE Mains, however a legitimate score is necessary for admission.
