The seat matrix for B.Tech at IILM University differs for each course.

For B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering at IILM University, the current seat intake is 90 students.

For B.Tech in Biotechnology (Computational Biology) at IILM University, the current seat intake is also 90 students.

From this we can say, although the seat matrix depends on the course, it comes close to the range of 90 students.

Candidates who plan to get admission in B.Tech at BAIT have to complete the TNAE counselling process and there is no JEE score require to get admission into BAIT. You can just do TNAE counselling after completing your class 12th with a percentage of around 40-45%. You can show your scorecard of JEE  also but it will rarely put impact on your admission or selection process.
