I don't know who told you about Graphic Era but Graphic Era is not a good university because I am from Dehradun only I would suggest you to take admission in YMCA because a friend of mine is studying there and it is a very good college. Instead of taking admission in Graphic Era you should go to YMCA.

If we see the past years cut-off ranks for CSE then IIT-B is the best and IIT-D and IIT-K will come later on. The cut-off ranks indicate the whole statistical data like students trends, Infrastructure, Placements and most important is rankings. Your first target should meet the prime eligibility criteria for admission in IIT's, i.e to score minimum 75% aggregate marks in 12th standard. I am strongly recommending that you have to join any reputed coaching institute for building confidence and time management. Good luck.

Hello,
All of the above-mentioned colleges are excellent. There are different parameters for ranking. One is good for placements while another for curriculum. About CGC Landran, we can say that it is one of the best colleges in India, which provides excellent placement offers. It also has lucrative student exchange offers and industrial collaborations. Furthermore, the college provides incubation funds to forthcoming entrepreneurs.
