Yes, JEE is not required for B.Tech admission at Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University (JNAFAU). The university conducts its own entrance exam for admission to B.Tech courses
The eligibility criterion for B.Tech courses at JNAFAU includes passing the 10+2 level with PCM as compulsory subjects
Therefore, JEE is not a requirement for admission to B.Tech at JNAFAU.

For a candidate belonging to the general category, a cutoff of 5906 - 67112 is the range based on 2025 closing round ranks. While WBJEE cutoff 2026 is yet to be drop, the cutoff is likely to follow a similar trend this year too. Hence, a rank of 5800 or above is an ideal goal. As per cutoff 2023, the closing ranks for B.E. in CSE was 20666, for the General category All India candidates. Analysis of cut offs for previous years for the same reveals that CIT has seen an improving trend since 2021. In 2022, the cutoff in Round 1 was 31961 and in 2021, it was 21393. The minimum eligibility is having a valid COMDEK cutoff ranging around the aforementioned cutoffs.
